Saksham | Re: Difference between Diploma in MBA and Normal MBA Friend , as you said you want to know Difference between Post Graduate Diploma in Management Course and Normal MBA Course Here I am sharing information for same : MBAs focus on Broad management Skills while Postgraduate diplomas focus on a particular aspect or area of business. An MBA is a master’s program that usually takes two years to complete, MBAs are typically designed to give you management skills, create network connections and build your personal brand. Those skills might involve study of a range of topics, including economics, accounting, marketing and finance Postgraduate diplomas serve a different function than an MBA. PGDM is equal to MBA because if PGDM is to be an equivalent to MBA then the college offering the PGDM course must have accreditation from AIU (The Association of Indian Universities). |
