The page may look as follow: SLET ASSAM  on the bottom you may see the link of online application click on that link. after clicking on this you may get your Examination form of SLET Examination . SLET Examination form   for your convince here I am giving you the Instructions to fill the application form of SLET Examination Document required: applicants should keep the scan copy of his/her self attested certificates, passport sized coloured photograph and signature ready in jpg/jpeg format Self attested copy of SC/ST/OBC* along with non creamy layer certificate / PWD category certificate, if applicable, from authorized person should be uploaded. The size of each of the scanned photo & signature should be within the range of 5 to 50kb and properly cropped. By following above process you may reach on to the page of SLET Examination form .after this you may do the following: Click on the 'Apply Online' button of the page given below. After clicking 'Save & Next', note down your Form No./Application No. for future Reference. After confirmation, Download The Challan Copy for depositing the examination fee at any Branch of State Bank of India after 2 days. After Two days from the day of Deposit, you may login by clicking 'Application Status' button for downloading your Acknowledgement Slip.
