You can get the chalan form when you fill the application form. As this year the application form dates were closed. Cost of PGIMER Form: Unreserved and Other Candidates – Rs. 1000 SC/ST Category Candidates – Rs. 800 Eligibility: Applicant must have MBBS degree from a recognized University/Institute by the Medical Council of India. Applicants must be registered with Central/State medical registration council. It is mandatory for each candidate to complete one year rotatory internship. To apply for the PGIMER 2016 January session, candidates must complete their one year rotatory internship on or before 31st December. To apply for the PGIMER 2016 July session, candidates must complete their one year rotatory internship on or before 30th June. The candidates who won't be able to complete their internship on or before 31st December are advised here not to fill the application form.
