AILET is a National Level Admission Examination which helps to select Student for Admission in Law such as BA LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD course.

AILET Answer Keys




AILET Eligibility for different courses:

Eligibility for B.A., LLB (Hons.) Programme

Cleared class 12th with 50% marks from a recognized university.
Appearing candidates may proceed to apply but they will have to show passing proof at time of admission.
Age Criteria as on 1st July, 2017: GEN/OBC (21 years) & SC/ST (23 years).
Foreign candidates should have secured at least 65% marks in class 12th from a recognized board/university. NRI candidates are not required to appear in AILET exam.
The cutoff of AILET exam for the mentioned program is 40% for GEN/OBC and 30% for SC/ST.

Eligibility for LLM Programme

Candidates from GEN/OBC category need to obtain minimum 55% marks in LLB or its equivalent program, whereas SC/ST category candidates need to obtain minimum 55% marks.
Foreign nationals are required to obtain minimum 65% marks in qualifying degree.

Eligibility for PhD Programme

For admission to doctoral program candidates need to fulfill one of the mentioned criteria:

Candidates having degree in law and Master degree along with M.Phil in Social Science or Humanities are eligible for admission. Or,
Master’s degree in Law from a recognized university with 55% (for unreserved category) and 50% (for reserved category) marks. Or,
A degree in Law and M.Phil in Phil in Social Science or Humanities. Or,
Have three years of experience as judge in Supreme Court and any high court in India.

Application form submission process January, 2017 to April, 2017
Admit card April, 2017
Examination date May, 2017
Result Third week of May, 2017

I have already given the AILET National Level Admission Examination so that I can apply for law courses looking for answer key. Can you please provide me AILET Answer Keys so that I can compare answers also provide me eligibility details for different law courses offered?
