Medical Imaging Group (MIG) is part of Department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. The Group's Active Research Interests Include Medical Image Computing and analysis The Group Currently Consists of three Ph.D. students. The Convenor (P.I.) of the Group is Phaneendra K. Yalavarthy. MIG Focus is on developing novel computational methods, including image reconstruction/analysis, in Medical Imaging The Group's Research Interests Include : Computational methods in medical imaging, Multi-modal imaging, Medical image reconstruction techniques, Diffuse optical tomography, Photoacoustic Tomography, Biomechanical modelling, MR Imaging, and Neuroimaging.
