At HPCL, for the first 6 months it is internship whereby a stipend of 33000 (in hand 28500) is given, post which you get absorbed in the pay scale of 24900-50500 In this scale you do not get other benefits and after successful completion of 1 year you get confirmed in the organization and are entitled to all benefits like loans etc. typically in hand salary would be 50-55k.
