PHD Program : Eligibility:- Masters degree from a recognized university . Obtained a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks. Admission to Phd Courses is done through Common Entrance Test namely PET (Ph.D Entrance Test). Exemption from PhD Entrance Test Candidates who have qualified in GATE/ SET/ NET/(JRF) examinations are exempt from appearing for PET. Candidates who hold a Teacher Fellowship with CSIR/UGC/ICAR/ICMR and DBT are also exempt Mumbai University PhD Entrance Test Paper Pattern:- Paper Consists of Three Questions: 1.Objective- 40 marks. 2.Long Answer- 30 marks. 3.Short Answer- 30 marks. Standard of passing: Candidates who secure more than 50 marks in the PET exam will be declared as successful.
