The first round of applications opened from 18.12.2015 to 18.01.2016. Delegate allotments published on 20.01.2016. The second round of applications remains opened from 19.01.2016 to 19.02.2016. Delegate allotments published on 21.02.2016. The third round of applications remains opened from 20.02.2016 to 10.03.2016. Delegate allotments published on 12.03.2016. Priority delegate applications remain open from 11.03.2016 to 25.03.2016. Delegate allotments published on 26.03.2016. Delegates required making the application payments within ten days from the date of publication of allotment lists. Fees and Accommodation For Delegates and members of the International Press: Registration fee of INR 800/ – covered the Delegate Kit was given on day one, and lunch and snacks on all days of the Conference. Accommodation Fees: An additional fee of INR 1200/- covered accommodation for 3 days and 4 nights, and complimentary breakfast.
