The vision of DTU or Delhi Technological University is to be a leading world Class Technology University playing its role as a key node in National and Global Knowledge Network thus empowering India with the Wings of Knowledge and Power of Innovations.

As per my knowledge, it does not offer B Tech Automotive Engineering Program. The courses that it offers are as follows:

• Mechanical engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Production & Industrial Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• Biotechnology
• Polymer Science and Chemical Technology.
• Mechanical & Automotive engineering
• Engineering Physics
• Mathematics and Computing Engineering
• Environmental Engineering

Courses in Nanotechnology, Optical Communications, and Software Engineering are part of the college's focus on industry specific research.


Eligibility


Admission to the participating Institution is based on the all India rank prepared by CBSE giving 40% weightage to class XII (or equivalent other qualifying examination) marks and 60% to the performance in Paper – 1 of JEE (Main) Examination.

For admission to B. Arch., Paper-2 of JEE (Main) Examination is considered. For IIITD, there are bonus marks, which are explained in Annexure 1 of the Information Brochure.

Qualifying Examination
(i) Senior School Certificate Examination (12-year course) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), New Delhi.

(ii) Indian School Certificate Examination (12-year course) of the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

(iii) Any other examination recognized as equivalent to the Senior School Certificate Examination of the C.B.S.E.


Minimum Marks Criterion in Qualifying Examination

B. E. / B. Tech. Course at DTU, IGDTUW and NSIT
One securing 60% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective) is eligible for admission to the first semester of B. Tech. / B. E. course provided has passed in each subject separately.

B. Tech. Course at IIITD
One who has secured 80% or more marks in the aggregate of best of 5 subjects including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and 80% or more in Mathematics in qualifying examination is eligible.

B. Arch. Course at IGDTUW
One is eligible for admission to the First Year of the B. Arch. if secured 50% or more marks in aggregate, and passed Mathematics as a subject in the Senior School Certificate Level Exam and also qualifies the JEE (Main) (Paper - 2) examination
