The Bank had announced the recruitment vacancy for the post of Junior Management Grade. The Posts are divides into following categories. SC (90) ST (45) OBC (165) GEN (300) PWD (18) Fee Structure SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability (PWD): Rs.50/ GEN/ OBC: Rs.200/. SCALE OF PAY: - ` 14500 – 600 x 7 / 18700 -700 x 2 / 20100 – 800 x 7 / 25700. PROBATION PERIOD: - The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank. The Bank has mandatory provision of executing a Service Bond by selected candidates. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AGE (AS ON 01.07.2011): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years. Educational: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India. SELECTION PROCEDURE Depending on the number of vacancies, only those candidates who are qualified in the Common Written Examination for recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPS and possess a valid score card issued by IBPS and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit. |
