IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Eligibility Criteria JEE Main 2018- Based on JEE Main 2018 Marks/Ranks DASA UG 2018- Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Must have completed class 12th class or equivalent by May 2018 or earlier with minimum 60% marks (or 6.0 grade on 10 point scale) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
