| shikha | Re: MBA polyu The PolyU Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme has been developing General Managers in Hong Kong since 1990. Its structure, content, and teaching approaches have been benchmarked against the best programmes in the world. Entrance Requirements One should have a bachelor degree or a postgraduate degree or a postgraduate diploma in any area, or an equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Managerial or Professional capacity, and be proficient in English. In special cases, be aged 35 or over with post-secondary qualifications and at least 8 years of experience in a senior managerial or professional capacity, and be proficient in English. If one is not a native speaker of English, and Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification is awarded by institutions where the medium of instruction is not English, one is expected to fulfil Universitys minimum English language requirement for admission purpose. Based on the applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend selection interviews. In general, one is expected to demonstrate the motivation, the maturity and the ability to communicate in English. Structure The programme requires a total of 39 credits. The first year of the programme is designed to introduce students to all of the major business functions. The second year provides more in-depth management knowledge. A wide range of electives is available for selection. Fee and Scholarships Fee for 2018/19 intake Master of Business Administration (MBA) requires a total of 39 credits. The tuition fee is HK$237,900. Scholarships Merit-based scholarships are available.
