The Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education invited candidates for MBA admission. Also the Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education is provides syllabus for its courses.

The Master of Business Administration in Customer Relationship Management is a postgraduate Human Resource Management course.

The duration of M.B.A. Customer Relationship Management is normally a two years program with two or more semesters.

Customer relationship management is a widely implemented strategy for managing a companys interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects.

It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support.
