Hussien I got MSC. degree in mathematics from Halifax university in Dubi/UAE in 2006. and my certication issued in Aug/14/2006 and signed by dean (Cohn C. Hoard). When I went to my country(Iraq) I applyed for a job in Baghdad university and when the university council saw my certificate, asked me to provid them a verification from Halifax council to prove the certification that I got from university.
