RULES FOR FEE PAYMENT THE SCHEDULE OF LATE FEE FINE FOR PAYMENT (MONTHLY/QUARTERLY) IS AS FOLLOWS: Up to 10th day of month: No fine. The School Fee shall be charged for full ONE CALENDAR YEAR (12 MONTHS). Fee shall only be paid at the fee counter. The FEE COUNTER TIMINGS are: 8.00 A.M. 12:30 P.M. on all working days including 2nd and Last Saturday of the month. Parent / Guardian must bring the previous Fee receipt or remember admission number while depositing the fee and other charges, failing which the deposit will not be accepted by the account section. Payment of partial amount of School fee will not be accepted. Parents/ Guardian are requested in their own interest to ensure that the total amount paid by them is duly filled and signed by the cashier. Duplicate Fee Receipt will be issued on payment of 50/-. The fee once paid is neither refunded nor adjusted. School Transport facility once opted will not be allowed to discontinue during the Session. If the fee is not paid up to the last day of the month along with late fee fine, the name will be included, only after taking late fee fine and Re-admission fee of 200/-. Also, the student will not be permitted to appear in the Terminal or Annual Examination, for non-payment of the Fees by Due Date. Any Fee concession or Scholarship granted, the School shall be liable to withdraw the same, for misconduct, irregular attendance or failure to maintain scholastic standards. Payment of Fee shall be payable through CASH / CHEQUE / DD. Concession of 1000 /= will be given to those who pays total dues of the year in first installment at ONE TIME in advance.
