| Arvind Kumar | Re: BPSC Judicial Services Exam Date Bihar Public Service Commission conducted Judicial Service Examination for appointing Civil Judges. There were 118 vacancies and you could apply online for the examination. The notification was provided on January 2012 and you could apply till 14-03-2012.
