| Arvind Kumar | Re: Duration for CS Course Here I am giving you information about duration for Company Secretary course offered by Institute of Company Secretaries of India below : Duration: Foundation Program: 8 Months Executive Program: 9 Months Professional Program: 9 Months Management Training: 15 Months Required eligibility : Foundation Programme Duration : eight months duration You have to passed 10+2 or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts) Executive Programme You have to pass Graduation from any stream streams except Fine Arts. Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course Important dates : Months of examination The examinations are conducted twice a year in June and December. Last date for receipt of enrolment applications forexamination in the Institute 25th March (with late fee of Rs. 100, 9th April) for June examination: 25th September (with late fee of Rs. 100, 10th October) for December examination. Syllabus : Foundation Programme 1. English and Business Communication 2. Economics and Statistics 3. Financial Accounting 4. Elements of Business Laws and Management Executive Programme Module I 1. Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Module III 5. Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade 6. Advanced Tax Laws and Practice Module IV 7. Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Management 8. Governance, Business Ethics and Sustainability 4.
