Here are the details of it: Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or B.E./B.Tech degreefrom a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate are eligible. Age limit: Age: 19 to 23 years as on 01st July, 2014 AFCAT syllabus a)General Awareness – History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defense, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc. b) Verbal Ability in English – Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms (meanings of English words), Antonyms (opposite meanings of English words) and Vocabulary evaluation. c) Numerical Ability – Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & Loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest. d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude– Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability. |
