Saksham | Re: LLB Distance Education Age Limit As per the Bar council of India you will have to qualify for these eligibility Criteria for taking admission in this course through distance of India:- The minimum educational qualification should be 10+2 passed out in any stream from recognized board/university. The minimum age should be 16 years. The age should not be above 23 years. Marks:- The minimum marks in 10+2 should be 50% if you belong from the OBC/General Category. For the candidates in SC/ST Category the eligibility is 45% in 10+2. Age Relaxation details:- For OBC Category then 3 years of age relaxation. For SC/ST Category then 5 years of age relaxation. For the Physically Handicapped candidate there is 6 years of age relaxation. If you want to take Admission in Law Course then you will have to get passed in CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) Exam.
