Unit II Internal Combustion Engines 10 Classification of I.C engines, four stroke and two stroke cycle engines, combustion phenomenon and characteristics of combustion chamber design in SI and CI engine, detonation, knocking, delay period - timing diagrams – super-charging - ignition system and fuel injection system.
