shikha | Re: Pattern Of CGL Exam Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2017 is organized by Staff Selection Committee (SSC) in three tiers for selecting candidates for various posts in Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations. The Examination will be conducted in four tiers as indicated below : Tier -I — Written Examination (Computer Based) Tier -II — Written Examination (Computer Based) Tier -III — Descriptive Test (Pen and Paper Mode) Tier -IV — Data Entry Skill Test(DEST)/Computer Proficiency Test(CPT) (wherever applicable)/ Document Verification Exam pattern: Parts Subject Questions Marks A General Intelligence & Reasoning 25 50 B General Awareness 25 50 C Quantitative Aptitude 25 50 D English Comprehension 25 50 So There are 100 questions consisting of 200 Marks. Time Duration is 75 minutes (1:15 hours) for 100 questions. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Tier-I Exam.
