WGLM will have the option to acquire a 30% ownership stake in a 70 mile extension of an existing gathering pipeline system for about $150m. The GAIL India Ltd is the nation's largest natural gas distributor, was signed an agreement with US-based WGL for buying about 2.5 million tonnes of gas for 20 years.
