It was established in 1995 and is the first government-private initiative in the region CTC is the total cost which company is going to spend on for an employee. CTC mainly consists of 1. Basic Salary - Which is like the base pay, a lot of things are linked to this like EPF 2. HRA - Allowance for housing 3. EPF - 12% of your Basic pay is taken out and same is also contributed by employer 4.
