It is conducted for selection engineers for Government of India's engineering organizations, such as Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Central Engineering Service (CES), Military Engineering Services (MES), etc. As the IES Preliminary Exam is to be conducted on 8th January 2017 and IES Main Exam on 14.5.2017, then I find that the Interview is likely to be scheduled in August 2017.  IES 2017 Notification:- Engineering Services (Preliminary / Stage I) Examination 2017 Apply online at website Notice Date:- 28-09-2016 Closing Date:- 26-10-2016 till 18:00 hrs IES Preliminary Exam 2017 Date:- 8th January 2017. Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2017 Date of Commencement of Exam - 14.5.2017 (Sunday) Duration of Exam - 1 Day Eligibility Age Eligibility: One needs to be between 21 years to 30 years as on 1st January of the exam year. Age relaxations exist as per the government rules. Academic Qualification Eligibility: One must be a graduate in Engineering from a recognized university. Final year students can also appear in IES exam. |
