IIT Guwahati ECE is anytime better than BITS Pilani for the ECE. As the IIT tag which is better than the BITS Pilani As BITS Pilani is a private institute. And anytime a degree from a government institute is far better than from a private one. Further, when that government institute is IIT, it adds a whole new level. Ece from IIT Guwahati is anytime better than BITS Pilani.
