Course 2017 Batch of NLIU      Recruitment Rules The Recruiters Recruiters can either opt for Telephonic Interviews or interview via video conferencing or can come down to campus to recruit in person. Any screening process, such as Pre Placement Talk and Group Discussion that the recruiters wish to conduct prior to the interview The recruiters need to intimate the PCC with their preferred dates in the final placement schedule at the earliest. The recruiters shall have to declare the results on the same day after conduct the interview. For Members If a member of the Placement Process receives an offer of employment, it would be deemed to be an acceptance of the offer by the member. Thereafter one is striped from any further participation in the Placement Process. Decision of the Faculty Co-ordinator (PCC) regarding any dispute arising during the course of the entire Campus Placement Process is taken keeping in mind the larger interest of the students and is final and binding upon all interested parties. |
