You want to get the NIFT entrance examination tips for preparation so I am giving you the list of tips: Use a black or blue gel pen in place of pencil. You can underline the key words, or key points. Give importance for the neatness. Write in a neat and readable handwriting. Check grammar and add quality to your language. Write about what your model is and describe your ideas. Keep your eraser away from you while practicing. It’ll help your lines become more bold and sure. Give importance to detail where ever required, like the face of a human figure or the human’s outfits etc. Write about its key features and how it’s different from the others. Take ideas from different advertisements, posters, banners etc., you come across. Give a title or a name for your design, if you can think of a memorable one. Since it’s always better that your model is theme based, write about your theme. And finally, don’t forget to write your name and roll number on the test sheet. Search through various newspapers, magazines and online sites. Try to master the skills of human picture. Concentrate more in proportions, form etc. Write about the techniques that you have used, like cutting, folding, kirigami, origami, rolling, quilling etc. if any.
