Best way to crack the exam is to read all related UG books.

I am just listing down the "must reads" for this exam:

1st few chapters Ganong,
1st few chapters Robbins,
last few chapters Harper,
1st few chapters Harrison &
K.D.Tripathi as thouroughly as possible
