| Saksham | Re: GTU PHD Entrance Exam GTU PHD Entrance Exam Eligibility:- 1. A faculty member to be recognized as Research Supervisor for Ph.D. Programme should have a Ph.D. degree in the subject. 2. He/she should have a minimum of five National or International publications with ISB Nnumbers. 3. He/she should have at least 08 years of teaching or industrial research experience 4.The University will constitute Research Committees with at least three experts on it to look into the fulfillment of the above criteria before giving recognition as Ph.D. Supervisor. Admission procedure:- Candidates want to Ph.D. should have minimum 55% marks at Master’s level in the related area in which he wishes to pursue Ph.D. All colleges or institutions shall admit doctoral students through an Entrance Test conducted by the University as per prevailing norms of the University. Those students who qualify UGC/CSIT (JRF) Examinations will be exempted from Entrance Test. It shall be followed by an interview by the Research Committee of university comprising of at least 4 experts.
