IELTS is must for the admissions in UK, but if you have scored around 75% in your higher education in English, then college may ,but again it depends on the college or university if they can. It is better to give IELTS although my friend have 4 years of Experience in UK and US region and recommended but nothing worked for him and now he is preparing for IELTS. So you can prepare for the IELTS for the good education .
