The Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), Bhubaneswar was established in 1962. It is a constituent institution of the Utkal University. The Course is offered under the Distance Mode. Choice Based Credit Semester (CBCS) is followed. One Personal Contact Program of 10 to12 days duration shall be held for each semester covering theory , practical and project component as per syllabi.
