shikha | Re: Combined Graduate Level Exam CGL Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts – Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGLE) every year. SSC CGLE: Eligibility : Educational Qualification Candidate must completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university. Age Limit: 18 to 27 years Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rule. Application Fee: General and OBC candidates have to pay 100/ as registration fee. SC, ST, PWD and women do not need to pay any fee. SSC CGL Selection Procedure Tier1: Written Examination (Objective Type) (200 Marks) Tier2: Written Examination (Objective Type) (each paper carry 200 marks) Tier3: Written Examination (Descriptive Type) (100 Marks) Tier4: Computer Test / Skill Test (wherever applicable) Exam Pattern and Syllabus: Duration of Stage I examination : 2 hours (2 hours & 40 minutes for visually handicapped candidates) Total marks : 200. There be a penalty of 0/25 marks for every wrong answer. Question paper language: Hindi and English Tier2 Exam Pattern: Objective type and will be conducted online. There are 4 papers, (Paper 1) Quantitative Ability, (Paper2) English Language and Comprehension, (Paper3) Statistics (Paper4) General Studies (Finance and Economics). Each paper carries 200 marks . Exam duration : 2 hours for each paper. There will be negative marking for each wrong answer. Negative marking of 0.50 marks in Paper1, Paper3 & Paper4 . Negative marking of 0.25 marks in Paper2. Tier3 Exam Pattern: Exam : Descriptive type Candidates need to write : Essay / Précis / Letter / Application Writing etc. Total marks :100 marks Exam duration : 60 minutes Exam duration : 80 minutes for “VH” and “Cerebral Palsy” candidates. |
