Counseling / Seat Allocation Process

Fillup your Choice Form before proceeding for the seat allocation. No changes are permitted after submission. Ensure no correction in choice form.
    Keep your documents ready in the sequence given below along with Choice Form:-
        Demand Draft of Rs. 55,000/- towards Tuition Fee and Demand Draft of Rs. 45,000/- towards Hostel Charges (Optional, if hostel accommodation is required).
        Self attested copy of Counselling Intimation Letter.
        Self attested copy of JEE (Main)-2016 Admit Card.
        Self attested copy of JEE (Main)-2016 Score Card.
        Self attested copy of Category i.e. SC/ST/OBC/ Minority/PH Certificate.
     Attach all the above documents along with Choice Proforma and keep the same in docket and wait for your call as you will be called according to overall JEE (Main) Score – 2016 or docket no.
    Candidates having same total of JEE (Main) Score-2016 will have equal choice for selection of branch.
    On calling, proceed to Document Submission Counter for initial checking.
    Proceed to Fee Deposition Counter with docket after initial verification of documents kept in docket. Hostel fee, if desired, may be paid. Hostel allotment however, will be done at the time of registration only.
    Proceed to Seat Allocation Counter and get your branch allotted (if available) or get yourself waitlisted, if desired.
    Proceed to Provisional Admission Counter and collect your provisional admission letter along with drafts of Medical Certificate, Anti-ragging undertaking, Anti Drug undertaking, List of Hostel Items etc.

Unregistered	Jaypee University Waknaghat Counseling I want to take admission in Jaypee University of Information Technology and for this already applied for admission and want counseling details.
