Dear Sir,

I am having SB Account with ICICI Bank,Trichy Road, Coimbatore Branch. ( Account No. 001601552869. IFSC Code: ICIC0000016 ).

I am regret to say that somebody has withdrawn Rs.50000 /- through ATM withdrawal in Bangalore Sector without my knowledge. ( I am having Original ATM Card in my hand)

So please take some immediate action and do the necessary (recredit )favour for my amount.

I am waiting for your favourable reply

I had taken a car loan from hdfc bank i have paid the full amount than to hdfc bank is not giving me my noc saying u have to pay credit card money i have not received any credit card from hdfc bank

THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE BANK REGIONAL OFFICE (KARNAL)SECTOR-12 KARNAL ;-
OBC BANK IS NOT CREDIT MY SUBSIDY LOAN A/C NO 0036641100184.
TILL DATED 21.02.2015.
EVENLY COMPLAINT SEND TO HIGHER LEVELS AUTHORITY.
I AM COMPAINT WITH SEVERAL LEVELS.
RE; Non credit of subsidy in my Educational loan ac no 0036641100184
I I had availed a educational loan of Rs 179932.00 (KNL BRANCH (H.R)
On 30.11.2010. I had repaid a sum of Rs.192744.00
As per govt guidelines interest subsidy was to be credited in my loan account. I had complied with the requirements as desired vide your Karnal branch letter no 956/14 dated 18.03.2014 (copy enclosed).
As per my account a sum of rs 88288.00 was to be credited to my loan account as interest subsidy.
However despite my various visits and requests the branch has not credited the interest subsidy till date. They are now asking me to deposit the balance due ie 91020.00 to clear the account but no response or reply is given for non credit of interest subsidy.
FIRSTLY,COMPLAINT AT BRANCH LEVEL, WITH BRANCH MANAGER BUT NO RESPONSE EVELY MY MOTHER IS VISITED ON BRANCH SOME PERSONAL WORK. HE WAS PREESURIZED MY MOTHER TO COMPLAINT HIS RETURNED. MY MOTHER IS NOT VERY EDUCATED AT HE WAS PRESSURIZED MY BRANCH MANGER SOME PAPER IS SIGNED TO WITHDRAW IS COMPLAINT.
SECONDLY, STEP COMPLAINT TO REGIONAL OFFICE. BUT REGIONAL MANGER IS NO ACTION AGAINST COMPLAINT OR BRANCH MANAGER, EVENLY REGIONAL MANGER TIED UP WITH BRANCH MANAGER AND WITHDRAW OF HIS COMPLAINT.NO COMPLAINT IS SHOW ON HIGHER AUTHGORITES. ONLINE COMPLIANT IS ALSO SUBMIT WITH SITE, BUT CHECK WITH STATUS FILE OF REGIONAL MANGER IS CLOSEDMY FILE .MY COMPLAINT NO IS WS007694,WS008121.
THIRDLY, COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES ASSITANT GENERAL MANGER .
FOURTHLY,AFTER WAITED RESPONSE COMPLAINT WITH UPPER HIGHER AUTHORITES GENERAL MANAGER . BUT SAME RESULT IS SHOW.
FIFTHLY,AFTER WE HAD SEND THE MAIL TO LAST AUTHORITY UPPER LEVEL TO MANAGING DIRECTOR , CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER BUT THEIR WAS NO RESPONSE REPLY.
SIXTHLY,AFTER CHECK THE COMPLAINT SYSTEM OF BANKING I AM COMPLAINT TO INTERNAL BANKING OMBUDSMAN ON 20.01.2015. AND BANKING OMBUDSMAN ACCEPT MY EMAIL . AND MY EMAIL FORWARD TO REGIONAL OFFICE KARNAL.AFTER ONE MONTH THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF KARNAL, RETURN MY EMAIL REPLY. THEY REPLY TO ME I AM NOT ELEGIBLE THE INTREST SUBSIDY OF E LOAN .BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH REPLYTHE BANK TOP LEVEL CONVEINT I AM NOT ELEGIBLE THE GOVT SUBSIDY.AFTER BACK WE SEND MAIL AGAIN TO INTERNAL OBUDSMAN THEN WE REVERT BACK SORT OF ISSUE IS CLEAR OUT, BUT NOT CLEAR AT TILL DTAE,
.As per your reply , I am not satisfied in your letter.because I am claim on intrest subsidy is your letter given by me in the knl branch.in this letter , I am eligible the benefit of intrest subidy on govt scheme. . I had complied with the requirements as desired vide your Karnal branch letter no 956/14 dated 18.03.2014 (copy enclosed).
THEN WE, WILL BE LAST STEP TO DOCUMENT SEND TO BANKING OMBUSMAN .I HOPE THAT BANKING OMDUSMAN IS CLEAR MY MATTER VERY EARLYSOLVE. BECAUSE INTREST OF BANK IS TWO YEARS(2013-14,2014-15) IS ALREADY CHARGED.AND PAY ME DIFFICULT.
So , what’s problem of today bank is given my intrest credit subsidy on loan a/c no 0036641100184.
SO SIR I AM REQUESTED BY YOU KINDLY INSTRUCTION THE OBC BANK TO GIVE MY A/C OF SUBSIDY IS CREDITED.EVIDENCE OF SUBSIDY IS ATTCH WITH GIVEN BELOW.

amount 8000 transection 13/12/2013 debit but cash not riceved
but we try to transection rs 1000
