The university will announce the exact venue and time in due course. According to KSOU, admission to the convocation is open to candidates who have passed the postgraduate degree examinations conducted by the university between November 2006 and August 2007. The candidates who have passed the undergraduate examinations, held by the university during November/December and May/June (B. Ed. examinations during November/December and December/January); all rank holders, winners of medals and cash prizes of Bachelors and Masters degree examinations held between November 2006 and August 2007.
