shikha | Re: Medical fitness certificate for IIT BHU Yes if you want to take admission in M.tech program in IIT BHU then you must submit Certificate of medical fitness from any Medical Registered Practitioner (in original) Documents require for admission there : Date of birth (DOB) certificate or High School (10th) Certificate containing DOB • e-receipt of application processing fee • Category Certificate - Format for SC/ST certificate, Format for OBC certificate • Certificate of Physically challenged category, if applicable • Medical fitness certificate from any registered medical practitioner. • GATE/GPAT/CSIR/UGC-NET score card • Mark sheets/Grade sheets/Degree certificates of all academic records • Format of certificate to be submitted by the candidates who are unable to produce the marksheet of the qualifying examination at the time of written test/interview • Work experience certificate in prescribed format (Form I, Form II, Form III & Form IV whichever applicable) and relieving or resignation letter (For Sponsored candidates only) • Two letter of references in sealed envelopes (For PhD candidates only)- Format for letter of reference • Hard copy of online generated application form (PDF) • Undertaking letter (For candidates who are offered admission) - Format for undertaking letter Eligibility for M.Tech: Students should have secured a minimum of 60% marks/6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale) in the qualifying degree In addition, they should have valid score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for M.Tech Programmes |
