Yes, you are eligible to apply for the IIT JAM after doing BSc Physics from IGNOU, provided you have minimum 55% marks. Here are the details of this exam:

Eligibility for IITJAM M.Sc. Physics:
The applicant should hold Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/ two semesters
