For GATE firstly you have to pass lateral entry B tech course after diploma in electronics and telecommunication course. Here I am giving you information required eligibility to apply for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE to get admission in M tech colleges in India . Here is the eligibility criteria required for GATE exam: The applicant should have Pass with 60% aggregate in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) or M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent. Or The applicant should have Pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/ Electronics) or M.Sc (Physics/Electronics) or equivalent subject to valid score in GATE.
