IIT Delhi B.tech admission for Foreign Students Foreign nationals can also seek admission to various postgraduate and research programmes either as self-financing students (full programme) or through the CEFP (Government of India). Admission Criteria: Foreign nationals interested in pursuing their undergraduate studies at IIT Bombay i.e.B.Tech., Dual Degree & 5-year Integrated M.Sc. programs, have to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the IITs. Documents required : Copy of the grade transcripts with the explanation of the assigned grades. Statement of purpose. Bio-Data / Curriculum vitae / Resume Financial undertaking (to be sent to the Office of Dean-IR) :- * A letter of recommendation from the Govt. certifying that the fees will be paid by theGovt., or * A copy of the students bank statement showing a balance of US $ 10000 (in case of the 2-yr. post graduate program) or US $ 20000 (in case of a Ph.D. program) Personal particulars of Foreign Scholars coming to India (format provided at the end of this file) Three recommendation letters atleast one recommendation should be about the students academic performance issued by a faculty member. Documentary proof to illustrate fluency in English language.
