yes of course you can definitely apply for degree courses and post graduate courses after passing ATKT exam . After passing you can get admission in any bachelor degree courses in any college

ATKT full form is Allowed To Keep Terms.
It means if you do not pass some subjects in a particular semester of a course, you are allowed to move to the next semester without loosing the term
You can appear for those papers in the next term and also continue studies for the next level.

Scheme of Examination for ATKT/Year Back/ FAIL Students
Definitions:

PASS:A student has to obtain 40% marks individually in internal and external examination and a total
of 50% marks in aggregate in that paper.

ATKT: A student who is, at any point of time, having ATKT in less than or equal to 4 subjects. He/She
can be promoted to next semester.

Year Back: A student who is, at any point of time, having ATKT in more than 4 subjects.He/She will not
be promoted to next Semester.

FAIL: A student who has got ATKT in more than 4 subjects in ONE Semester only. He / She will not be
promoted to next semester.
