Default Difference between TNPSC and UPSC

Hi I would like to know about UPSC as well as TNPSC and also the differences of UPSC and TNPSC including the functions?

UPSC is known as Union Public Service Commission

TNPSC is known as Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission

UPSC is managed by Central Govt. & TNPSC is managed by State Govt. of Tamil Nadu.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is a constitutional body in India authorized to conduct examinations for appointment to the various Civil Services of pertaining to Central Govt including All India Services (i.e IAS, IPS, Indian Forest Service) posts.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commision (TNPSC) is the recruitment body at the state level for Tamil Nadu Government as well as conducting recruitment exams for various levels irrespective of cadre i.e from basic servants to Group-1 2, 3 and 4 officers.

Functions

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission releases the obligations and capacities determined in Article 320 of the Constitution of India. UPSC

The Union Public Service Commission should be counselled:

on all issues identifying with
