Will you tell me about SSC CPO SI Physical Date and what are the main physical required for this?

As CPO(S.I) is conducted by SSC on National level CPO S.I 2013 - Central Police organisation (Sub-Inspectors) Exam acronym to fill required number of candidates to the post of Sub Inspectors in various Central Government Police Organisations like CRPF, ITBP, CBI, SSB, CISF, BSF etc.

Last year the examinations were held on 29 July 2012 from 2 PM to 4 PM.

The Candidates Who has Cleared Their Written Examination, are called for Physical Test. These are Main Physical Standard Required for SSC CPO SI Examination.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :-

For Male Candidates :-
1). Height -
General - 170 cm
Candidates Belong to hill Areas - 165
ST - 162.5
2.) Chest -
General - Unexpand Chest-80 and Expand Chest- 85
Candidates Belong to Hill Areas -Unexpand Chest-80 and Expand Chest- 85
ST - Unexpand Chest-77 and Expand Chest- 82
3). Race -
100 Meters Race in 16 Seconds and 1.6 KM Race in 6.5 Minutes.
4). Long Jump -
3.65 meters in 3 chances
5). High Jump -
1.2 meters in 3 Chances.
6). Shot put (16 Lbs) -
4.5 Meters in 3 Chances
6.) Weight -
As per Height

For Female Candidates :-
1). Height -
General - 157 cm
Candidates Belong to hill Areas - 155
ST - 154
2). Race -
100 Meters Race in 18 Seconds and 800 M Race in 4 Minutes.
3). Long Jump -
2.7 meters in 3 chances
4). High Jump -
0.9 meters in 3 Chances.
5.) Weight -
As per Height
