Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) is an Indian institute of higher education and a deemed university under Section 3 of the UGC Act.

The university has 15 academic departments and focuses primarily on undergraduate education in engineering and the sciences.

Exam pattern:

BITSAT is Computer based online exam.
The paper comprises of 150 multiple choice objective type questions.
Time for the exam will be about 3 hours.
The applicant will get 3 marks for each correct answer.
There is negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.

Eligibility:

1) Interested candidates must have cleared 10+2 with minimum 75% marks from a recognized education board.
2) Candidates must have passed intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Math or Biology.
3) If you want to take admission in B.Tech then you must have passed 12th with Math and if you want to take admission in B.Pharm then you must have passed 12th with Biology along with good proficiency in English.
