The Deen Dayal Upadhayay Gorakhpur University (DDU) conducts Counselling for admission in various courses in the University.

Yeah, Counselling Letter is required for allotment

After the provisional seat allotment candidates need to pay the required fee before the stipulated time to get the confirmed allotment letter.

If any candidate(s) failed to pay the fee, the seat will be cancelled and it is treated as vacancy and will be filled in successive counselling

Seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit list. Candidate will have the option to withdraw from the counselling

Documents Required while counselling -

Original counselling letter along with photocopy of counselling letter

Original Admit card along with photocopy of admit card

Bank draft

All the original and at least 2 photocopy of certificates of 10th & 12th class

Rank Card / Hall Ticket

Score card (if applicable)

Original degree/provisional certificate if candidate is appearing

Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the authorized authority

Medical documents

4-6 Passport size photographs color and black and white
