Then click on tab “Examination” and then “Exam Form”

Then a new page will open

Now click on “Supplementary Examination” from the right side of the page

You will be directed to the new page



On this page enter the following details-

Exam Centre
Enter Text Image

Then click on submit button

Then you will get the online Supplementary Examination form.
