M.B.A. Commercial Law is a postgraduate Business Management course.

Commercial law, is the body of law that governs business and commercial transactions. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law.

It also enables students to obtain the understanding of legal practice and theory within the business sector and the ability to formulate both written and oral arguments on topical issued business and law.

Eligibility:

Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree from any recognized University with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or any other equivalent qualification.
