Client grumblings are part of the business life of any corporate element. To empower the clients to voice their grievances in regard of any lacking administration or different proposals for development in client benefit, "Client Day" is seen at all the workplaces of the Bank over the association covering branches, Regional Offices and Head Office, on fifteenth of consistently (following day, if fifteenth is an occasion or half-day).
