Biotechnology Eligibility Criteria For M.Sc./M. Biotechnology One must posses one of the following qualifications and has secured minimum 60% marks for General/OBC candidates (55% marks for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in the qualifying examination: • MBBS/BDS (55% for Gen/OBC & 50% for SC/ST Categories) • B. Biotechnology courses is of 90 minutes duration consisting of 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 90 marks in the subject in which the candidates has applied Reservation of Seats Reservation of seats at AIIMS, New Delhi is as follows OBC - 27%, SC - 15%, ST - 7.5%.
