Merit order copy issued by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences,

S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth

Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent Examination

Transfer certificate

Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate

Aadhaar Card

Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar

Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued through E_Seva or Mee. Seva Officer prescribed

The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar

Eligibility
The candidates should have passed two years Intermediate 10+2 pattern or equivalent examination with fifty percent aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology

The candidate should have passed 10th standard with Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as a subject or clear the test of Urdu in the entrance examination conducted by the University or Board or Registered Society authorized by the Government to conduct such examination

(or) b) The Pre-Tib examination of one year duration

Method of selection:
Separate Counselings for admission into BUMS Course for the academic year 2016-17 will be conducted based on the common merit list and as per regulations for the colleges located in Andhra Pradesh by Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada and for the colleges located in Telangana by KNRUHS
