I am giving the scheme of ombudsman given by Reserve Bank of India for your reference. Go through it.
(1) This Scheme may be called the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Reserve Bank may specify.
(3) It shall extend to the whole of India.
(4) The Scheme shall apply to the business in India of a bank as defined under the Scheme.

I have lodged my complaint to RBI ombudsman through online on 20th Feb 2017 - with complaint no - 201617002004236, Still there is no feedback received yet from the consult authority. Could you please let me know the status of my application.
